I bring many years of psychotherapy training and practice, integrating the comprehensive approach of my social work background and the developmental perspective of my psychology program with my continuing study of psychotherapy, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and mind/body health.
Many years of experience working with anxiety, depression, eating problems of all kinds (binge-eating, anorexia, bulimia), behavioral disorders and distressed couples have deepened my respect for the strength of those who reach out for support in periods of growth.
I offer active collaboration and adapt to the needs and goals of each individual, couple or group.
