Live Support

Join us for an 8 week session of live group support for people using the EatRightNow app for mindful eating this summer!

So many people struggle with food and eating issues! Mindfulness can be very effective in changing unhealthy habits of mind and behavior. The app offers ten minute video lessons daily, a variety of exercises, goal-setting and check in methods and an online community where people ask questions and share their journeys.

I have been learning the EatRightNow program as a facilitator-in-training since November of last year and have found the techniques and technology to be surprisingly powerful in addressing some of my own poor habits.

I will be leading the group with Robin Boudette, PhD an EatRIghtNow facilitator and Trainer. The group will be ongoing with a minimum 8 session commitment.

Time: Monday evenings 6:00-7:15 pm
Location: 90 West Afton Avenue, Yardley, PA 19067
Dates:

  • June 26
  • July 10, 17, 31
  • August 7, 21, 29
  • September 11

These weekly group sessions are a wonderful opportunity to share experiences, practice mindfulness, discuss challenges, and celebrate your learnings and progress!
